Until recently, Stéphane was the Head of Real Estate Investments & Acquisitions of Groupe Arnault, the family office of Bernard Arnault.
As such, he led an investment  strategy focusing on office, residential, retail and hospitality assets throughout the whole European market and the whole risk spectrum (Core+ to Opportunistic).Stéphane’s role was to source projects through his extensive network, monitor the due diligence process, oversee redevelopment in cooperation with architects and contractors, manage the asset and execute exit.

In 2007,  Stéphane Pesic as a Partner and the Head of EMEA, was a member of the team that initiated L Real Estate, a real estate asset investment platform focusing in developing large, global, mixed-use projects, sponsored by Groupe Arnault - LVMH .

Prior to joining Groupe Arnault–LVMH, Stéphane worked as Director of Development at Bouygues and Nexity, two leading French real estate developers.

He began his career at the French Bank Crédit Agricole in Hong Kong and enhanced his international skills with a four year position as International Director at Defi, the leader of the outsign advertising in Europe.

Stéphane earned a Master in Business Law and a Master in Public Law from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University  and a Postgraduate degree in Finance from the Dauphine University.

Where to find Stéphane: visiting art and design galleries in search of inspiration for his drawing passion.A voracious reader of history and politics, he is also known for his involvement in the civic affairs of the Greater Paris region. Equally enchanted by land and sea, Stéphane is also an avid mountain hiker and deep sea diver.
