REplay_Paris 11 by OSESAM opens an important new chapter in the Alaïa story: following its 2024 show at the Guggenheim in New York, Alaïa has now pinned its colours to the mast of our building designed by Studio Vincent Eschalier, holding its summer/autumn fashion show here having recently set up its offices in this space.

OSESAM, mandated by its investment partner Alvarium, has acquired 49 Rue Servan in Paris, the former site of the Gaveau Pianos factory, located in the Oberkampf – St Maur district. The project involves a major restructuring aimed at creating convivial and sustainable workspaces while preserving the original industrial charm.
OSESAM has signed the off-market acquisition of a 3,500 sqm office building to be fully restructured on behalf of its investment partner, Alvarium.
