REplay_Paris 11 by OSESAM opens an important new chapter in the Alaïa story: following its 2024 show at the Guggenheim in New York, Alaïa has now pinned its colours to the mast of our building designed by Studio Vincent Eschalier, holding its summer/autumn fashion show here having recently set up its offices in this space.
OSESAM is proud that Alaïa has chosen our Replay building as an inspirational and creative space for its general and artistic management team!
OSESAM on behalf of its partner-investor Alvarium has acquired the 49 rue Servan in Paris, the former manufacture of the pianos Gaveau, in the very attractive Oberkampf – St Maur neighbourhood. . The project is redevelop the site and turn it into an eco friendly work place, while protecting the original industrial cachet.
