Before joining Osesam, Juan had worked for the past four years at Mata Capital as Analyst. During those years, he has contributed to the good execution of 10 transactions, (buy side, sell side), asset or share deal  on various classes of assets, such as office, retail, residential, logistics and hospitality. Those transactions were mostly in France with a focus on value-add /opportunistic plays, for an aggregated equity worth in excess of 250m€.

Juan graduated from l’Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP, Grande Ecole) and earned also a MSc International Real Estate & Finance from Glasgow University.
