Alain Hortion
Co-Founder
Managing Partner
In 2020, Alain co-founded Osesam alongside Stéphane, with the ambition of carrying forward the high standards of excellence cultivated throughout his journey at L Real Estate. Osesam serves family offices and specialized funds as an operating partner, combining strategic acumen with bespoke execution.
In 2008, Alain took part in the creation of L Real Estate (now L Catterton Real Estate), a platform backed by Agache-LVMH. Over the course of fifteen years, he actively contributed to the development of high-end, large-scale mixed-use real estate projects across the United States, Europe, and Asia, representing over €2 billion in assets under management. He led the structuring and execution of transactions, financing strategies, development oversight, and key partner relationships.
Prior to joining Groupe Arnault – LVMH, Alain held senior roles as CFO and executive committee member in three fast-growing European companies. He supported their expansion, culminating in two successful buyouts and a stock market listing.
After graduating from ESSEC Business School (Grande École), Alain began his career as a consultant at EY/Andersen before joining Mazars as a Director, where he led investment advisory services for major clients in Central Europe.
Where might you find Alain? At home, playing a Hungarian Dance four-hands at the piano with his eldest daughter, or Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star with his youngest. On a tennis court in the south of France, taking on challenges from his son. Or in Paris, cycling alongside his wife, ever-curious, inspired by the city’s beauty and always in pursuit of new ventures.

Stéphane Pesic
Co-Founder
Managing Partner
Drawing on his strong network, Stéphane identifies opportunities, takes charge of due diligence, coordinates architects and companies, and manages assets right up to sale. In 2007, he co-founded L Real Estate (Groupe Arnault/LVMH) as a partner and EMEA manager, rolling out hybrid projects with a luxury retail component throughout the world.
Previously, he served as Development Director for Bouygues Immobilier and Nexity, having started his career at Crédit Agricole in Hong Kong, followed by four years as international director at Défi, the European leader in outdoor advertising. Stéphane holds a dual master’s degree in law (Panthéon-Assas/Sorbonne University) and a master’s degree in finance (Paris Dauphine University).
In his spare time, you’ll often find Stéphane browsing the art or design galleries of Paris, permanently on the lookout for inspiration to fuel his passion for drawing. He’s an avid reader and also well-known for his ongoing involvement in public life. If you don’t cross paths with him while out for a hike or climbing in the mountains, you might spot him deep sea diving.

Between 2018 and 2022, Juan worked in Mata Capital's investments division, where he was involved in around a dozen transactions (acquisitions, sales, asset or share deals) across various asset types (offices, hotels, logistics, health, commerce) in France, mainly involving value-add/opportunistic strategies, worth approximately €250 M in total.
He is a graduate of the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) and holds an MSc in International Real Estate & Finance (University of Glasgow).
If he's not bitten off more than he can chew with his latest sporting challenge, you can usually find Juan enjoying some quality time with his friends, combining sports, outdoor pursuits and relaxation. You might also catch him in Paris enjoying all the good things the French capital has to offer with his friends.

Before joining OSESAM, Clément was involved in around a dozen transactions spanning five years in the Offices – Development & Major Projects team at VINCI Immobilier. In this role, he supervised all development phases (off-plan property purchasing, real estate development contracts, delegated project management, etc.) on behalf of private or semi-public institutional stakeholders. Clément is a graduate of the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP).
You'll generally find Clément bouldering, dancing at a music event, or outdoors indulging his passion for any sport you can practice on a board or skis. When not on a long-distance train ride to discover a new city, you'll probably find him sitting with his friends outside a Paris café setting the world to rights.
